The much-anticipated launch of Kanye West's latest collaboration with Gap and Balenciaga took place at surprise pop-ups in Miami, Los Angeles and Chicago, as well as in Gap's Times Square flagship store.

Herzog & de Meuron's 1111 Lincoln Road multi-storey car park formed the setting for the collection's Miami pop-up, where 20 black bags filled with clothes were arranged in a single row across the concrete.
